The "Sassi Sparsi" by Rocca delle Macie is a Bolgheri Rosso made from a typical blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, which ages in wood for a short period. A red of beautiful intensity and organoleptic pleasantness, with fruity aromas of underbrush and Mediterranean scrub. It offers a long and dynamic sip on the palate, dry and fresh, with a pleasant aromatic length.
