Ca' del Bosco

Ca' del Bosco is a household name in Franciacorta and in the Italian production of top quality sparkling wines, a representative of Made in Italy excellence that has become a status symbol for several generations. Its history began in the mid-1960s, when Annamaria Clementi bought a small country house in Erbusco, locally known as "Ca' del bosc". A few years later her son Maurizio Zanella, returning from a trip to Champagne, had a brilliant intuition: to transform that small house surrounded by chestnut woods into one of the most modern wineries in the area.

The history of the Ca' del Bosco winery is the story of a dream that has become reality day after day, thanks to hard work and a constant, relentless pursuit of quality. Thanks to its extraordinary success, this winery has expanded its vineyards to 8 different towns in Franciacorta. Old pergola-trained vineyards alternate with more modern and productive ones, depending on the characteristics of the land. Management based on increasingly sustainable practices has led this wonderful winery to undertake the organic conversion of several plots. In the winery it is even possible to visit an area that is dedicated to art and sculptures, strongly desired by Maurizio Zanella, who was convinced that the combination of enology and artistic research could create a truly magical circle and a continuous source of inspiration.

Ca' del Bosco sparkling wines, with their character and elegant personality, are the protagonists of this success. The style that distinguishes them is bold and unmistakable, based on the fullness of the fruit, deep and juicy aromas and measured and wise dosage. From the famous "Cuvée Prestige", which has become a symbol of elegance and quality, to the Riserve named after the founder Annamaria Clementi, not to mention the vintage sparkling wines and the very elegant still wines, among which the Chardonnay stands out, this represents that great Italian enological miracle that goes by the name of Franciacorta Ca' del Bosco.
