The "A Bout" by Raisin A Plume is a light red, produced from grapes harvested from the Muscadet area. It is produced with Abouriou grapes only, an uncommon sight in the wine market, therefore this wine is a rare treat. It has a light aromatic profile, it offers hints of red fruits and bewitching spicy notes. On the palate we perceive fine and dusty tannins, a moderate freshness then remarkable power, intensity and roundness. Try it both with delicate white meat dishes or with intense fish dishes, such as an eel 'matelote'
