Airén Macerato 'Vivo del Aire' Torresano

Torresano's Airén Macerato "Vivo del Aire" is a macerated white wine from Castile, a central area of Spain. It is made from Airén grapes that grow on the Spanish plateau, at an altitude of more than 650 meters. Once harvested, the grapes macerate for a full 15 days, producing an intense but still graceful wine, as the name suggests. On the nose, notes of citrus and tropical fruit emerge. On the palate, it presents a pleasantly 'funky' personality, with surprising complexity
