It is made from Airén grapes that grow on the Spanish plateau, at an altitude of more than 650 meters. Once harvested, the grapes macerate for a full 15 days, producing an intense but still graceful wine, as the name suggests. On the nose, notes of citrus and tropical fruit emerge.
