"Dandelion" from Alberto Nanclares winery is an Albariño made in Galicia that expresses sensations of a purely marine territory. The grapes are selected by hand without being destemmed before pressing, then fermentation takes place by means of indigenous yeasts and to finish a refinement of 7 months on the lees.
