"Anatrino" is a fresh and agile Trebbiano from the Tuscan winery Tanganelli. Coming from vines about fifty years old, it is made using traditional methods, with a skin maceration of 7 days and aging in steel. Bright gold in the glass and a sharp nose of apricot, wildflowers, and grapefruit. An excellent compromise to satisfy everyone, from the most orange wine lovers to those trying it for the first time. 

The Tanganelli ‘Anatrino’ represents a macerated white wine savory and dynamic, the result of a viticultural vision based on sustainability. This is the principle that inspires the production of Tanganelli, a winery from Arezzo with a artisanal identity aimed at maximizing the valorization of the territory. ‘Anatrino’ is a pure Trebbiano Toscano, a variety belonging to the Trebbiani family, one of the largest and most diverse groups, with an ancient origin. The prolonged contact between the must and the skins enriches and characterizes the sensory profile of the wine, providing an original interpretation that does not skimp on agility and smoothness.

The orange wine ‘Anatrino’ by Carlo Tanganelli comes from only Trebbiano Toscano grapes, grown on sandy and clayey soils according to the principles of organic farming. Following the harvest, carried out by hand, alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel conducted by only indigenous yeasts, with 7 days of maceration on the skins.After the racking and the fermentation process is completed, the wine spends 7 months in steel tanks for maturation, before being bottled.

The macerated white Tanganelli ‘Anatrino’ has a radiant bright golden yellow color. Inviting aromas on the nose, described by fruity hints of melon and apricot that meet notes of grapefruit and wildflowers. On the palate, the pronounced freshness makes the sip agile, in a sharp and excellent savory taste development. A label with a spontaneous and lively personality, quite versatile at the table. Medium-aged cheeses, well-structured seafood preparations, various pastas and risottos are just a few examples of possible pairings.
