The Arbois 'Trois Cepages' from Domaine du Pelican is born in the heart of Jura from the union of three grape varieties that symbolize this territory: Pinot Noir, Trousseau, and Poulsard. This historic cuvée of the Domaine expresses the balance between the elegance of Pinot Noir, the structure of Trousseau, and the finesse of Poulsard. The grapes are completely destemmed and vinified with attention to the purity of the fruit, before aging in wood that accompanies the evolution of the wine. In the glass, it shows a refined and bright profile, with aromas of cherry, small red fruits, light floral notes, and spicy nuances.
