The "Balos" of Crocizia is a rosé sparkling wine from Emilia refermented in bottle from Pinot Nero grapes that is appreciated for its greedy freshness and its inviting easy drinking. A delicious and refreshing juice: the nose is a fragrant squash of small red fruits, macerated with sweet spices and wild flowers; the palate is tickled by a fresh and rich foam, showing a juicy, fun and lively profile.
