The White 'Dedalo' by Franchina and Giarone is a dry and still white wine made from Trebbiano di Spagna, an unusual typical grape, despite the name, from the Modena area. Lively and vibrant, understandable given the experience with refermented wines from this winery. On the nose, yellow flowers, peaches, citrus notes, and slight herbaceous notes on the finish are perceived. On the palate, it has medium body, lively freshness, and good savoriness, ideal to pair with a typical dish of tigelle and cold cuts
