The "Etichetta Verde" of Santa Caterina is an intense and rich white wine, capable of enhancing fish-based cuisine. The vines are selected from the Santa Caterina hill and vinified and aged in steel tanks. The broad notes of wildflowers and yellow fruit anticipate a full, balanced sip with good freshness.
