The Naturalmente Frizzante from Casa Belfi is made from white grapes, from vines cultivated biodynamically and resting on medium-textured, pebbly soils. 9 hectares where manual harvesting is also a way to carefully select the grapes that will be.sent to the cellar for fermentation. In the cellar, the process continues with a few gestures, including the gentle pressing of the grapes, a quick static decantation of the must, and the first fermentation that occurs spontaneously in steel, while the refermentation occurs naturally in the bottle.
