Reyter's White 'Pierrot' is an experimental product from this artisan winery, which specialises in the production of disease-resistant grape varieties. After a brief maceration, the wine completes fermentation before ageing. The nose is delicate but anything but simple: nutmeg and rose open up to hints of citrus, while the palate expresses itself in a play of tension and savoury freshness. Excellent with a Treviso radicchio risotto
