The Bourgogne Aligotè by Domaine Ami has a certain style: fresh, rustic and yet fine. This Domaine was born from the collaboration of Willy and Paul, who decided to seal their friendship by opening this winery in Burgundy. Processed in a strictly artisanal manner, it is a white that is produced from Aligoté grapes, a variety often undeservedly mistreated. Hints of citrus emanate from the glass, there are caramel and hazelnut on the finish then in the mouth is a swirl of tension, freshness, pleasant 'funkiness'. To drink now or wait a few years for a full and more evolved expression
