The Brunello di Montalcino from the renowned winery Cupano is an important red wine from Tuscany with excellent body and structure that pairs well with game dishes. The Sangiovese grapes are meticulously hand-selected while the aging takes place in barrique for 36 months. The color is intense ruby red, and the aromas released recall ripe red-fleshed fruit, sweet oriental spices, tobacco, and medicinal herbs. The taste is bold, fresh, balanced, and has a long finish.
