"Lupi e Sirene" by Podere Le Ripi is a powerful and elegant Brunello di Montalcino Riserva: the enological jewel of this winery, able to evolve over time. It opens to a dark and silky colour with pretty fruity accents of ripe berries and black currants and after shifts attention to mineral, gardenia, fern, aniseed and licorice notes.
