The Campo alle Comete Cabernet Sauvignon 'Oltresogno' is born from vines cultivated on medium-textured soils, with alluvial components, particularly suitable for the needs of this variety. At the end of the harvest, the grapes are sent for classic red winemaking with fermentation on the skins in steel tanks for about three weeks. Before bottling, the wine matures for six months, partly in French oak tonneaux and partly in steel tanks. In the glass, it presents a bright ruby red color. The bouquet expresses aromas of dark berry fruits, vegetal hints, nuances of green pepper, and spicy notes. On the palate, it shows good structure, with elegant and fragrant aromas, which anticipate a fresh and persistent.
