The Caldaro Classico Superiore "Puntay" by Erste+Neue is made from Schiava grapes partially fermented in tonneaux. The bouquet is typical of the grape variety, with notes of cherry that give way to almond. The fresh and dry sip makes it a perfect red wine to drink with fish
