The Cannonau Riserva di Olianas is a red wine with a deeply Sardinian soul, born from vinification in terracotta amphorae. In the glass, it is characterized by an elegant intense red with purple reflections and reveals a bouquet of Mediterranean flowers, star anise, cocoa, red fruits in spirits, and sweet spices. The sip is powerful and warm, with a pleasant tannic structure and balsamic persistence.
