Caricagiola Rosato produced by the Vigne Surrau winery in the Gallura area is the perfect combination of freshness and taste. The grapes of the same name, after careful selection, are softly pressed and the must ferments in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The brilliant light pink colour fills the glass delicately while aromas of small red berries and floral notes are released. The taste is mineral, fruity, crunchy, slightly savoury and with a well-balanced finish.
