The Dry Cartizze "Arzanà" by Astoria is a sparkling wine that impresses with the quality of the aromas presented on the nose – where delicacy and intensity coexist in a precise olfactory track – and for its roundness and pleasantness on the palate. It couldn't be otherwise, given that we are in the excellence cru linked to Prosecco production, a terroir where the Glera grape – as evidenced by this "Arzanà" – reaches exceptional quality levels. A creamy and refreshing label that is practically impossible to resist.
“Arzanà” Dry Cartizze originates from the Glera vineyards located in Cartizze, a qualitatively important cru of the Prosecco di Valdobbiadene denomination. The grapes are carefully harvested during the manual harvest phase, and once they arrive at the winery, they are destemmed, selecting only the best berries. After a gentle pressing, the obtained must undergoes static decantation; the first fermentation takes place in low-temperature steel containers.while the refermentation takes place, as per the script for the production of Metodo Martinotti, in steel autoclaves, where the sparkling process also occurs.
The Cartizze Dry “Arzanà” Astoria presents itself to the eye with a bright straw-yellow color, crossed by a rich perlage, with a fine grain and good persistence. Generous on the nose, it is built on pleasant floral and fruity sensations, enriched in the finish by a slight hint of citrus. On the palate, it is light-bodied, with a cheerful sip in the development, where a fresh and balanced taste is appreciated, leading to a smooth drinking experience. A label among the most important from a qualitative point of view of the entire range produced by Astoria, extremely versatile in the kitchen, where from aperitifs to after-dinner desserts it proves to be a consistently perfect pairing.
