The "Cattabrega" refermented by Podere Sottoilnoce is a semi sparkling rosé wine based on red and white grapes. It is obtained through the refermentation in bottle through the ancestral method and is presented in the glasses with a bright coral dress, releasing to the nose rustic and pleasant notes of cranberries, raspberries, fresh flowers and enveloping aromas of fresh yeast
