"CCC" by Ricci is an atypical white wine realized in ossidative style. This is an orange wine that ferments on the skins for 3 days in order to present itself on the nose with intense, rich and deep flavours, plenty of maceration and earthy accents, of great substance and character. On the palate is cryptic, it surprises for its vibrant freshness, light astringency and strong mineral soul.

The "CCC" from the winery of Daniele Ricci is a personal and original interpretation. The white grape is vinified with a short skin maceration and a long oxidative aging. Enological choices translate into a broad, rich, mature wine that primarily expresses tertiary aromas. Thanks to the characteristic freshness of the grape variety, accompanied by light tannic sensations and a clear mineral vein, the wine finds a proper expressive balance in the glass, characterized by complexity and persistence.

The "CCC" wine is produced by one of the most unconventional and interesting winemakers in the Tortona area. The winery is located in Costa Vescovado and cultivates vines in the 10 hectares of the estate managed under organic farming, using only sulfur and copper. The clay-limestone marl soils have been for centuries the chosen land for this white grape variety, long forgotten and that has returned to the limelight in recent decades thanks to the tenacious stubbornness of a group of small producers in the area. Alongside the more traditional, the labels of Daniele Ricci have immediately caught the attention of enthusiasts for their strong personality and no half measures. They are alternative wines compared to the dominant standards, dedicated to those who are looking for something particular, artisanal, characteristic, and unforgettable.

The Timorasso "CCC" from the winery of Daniele Ricci is a wine that divides. It is produced with spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts and a contact with the skins of 3 days. It is bottled without filtration or clarification. In the glass, it presents itself with an ancient gold color with slight orange reflections. The bouquet is complex and articulated, with aromas of ripe yellow fruit, honey, wildflowers, chamomile, briny hints, and oxidative nuances. The sip is broad and long, with a prevalence of tertiary sensations of particular expressive intensity. The finish is slightly tannic, fresh, and salty. It is a wine for those who love to drink outside the box.
