The Cerasuolo di Vittoria from Valle dell'Acate is a red wine produced in southeastern Sicily from Frappato and Nero d'Avola grapes. It ages in wood for about a year and releases a rich and varietal bouquet of violets, Mediterranean herbs, sour cherries, and light accents of sweet spices, vanilla, and licorice on the nose. On the palate, it is elegant with well-refined tannins, with a synergistic energy brought by freshness and savoriness.
