The Cesanese del Lazio "Collefurno" by Carlo Noro is a red produced according to the principles of biodynamics, in which the company believes so much they teach biodynamics through organized courses. Cesanese is a red grape variety from Lazio that is finding great popularity in the local artisanal movement, and we thank for it. Aromas of red and black fruits emanate from the glass together with intense floral scents. The palate is intense, structured but with great freshness and persistence
