Nicolas Potel's Chablis Premier Cru "Vaillons" comes from a historic and prestigious vineyard in the far north of Burgundy, where Chardonnay reaches great levels of finesse. Combining innovation and tradition, this white wine is aged in old wood and partly in steel. The glass reveals white flowers, exotic fruit and flint, while the palate is taut, mineral and very persistent. Elegant and deep, it is ideal with fine dishes based on scallops
