The Blanc de Blancs "Cuvée S" is among the most legendary and historic labels of the Champagne region. A real oenological monument, made only in the best vintages from a single grape variety, Chardonnay, from a single cru, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. The very long stay on the lees for over 10 years allows a slow evolution, which results in a golden color with a very thin and persistent perlage, characterized by a structured, refined, deep and creamy sip, of driving freshness and excellent tension, and by a bouquet elegant and complex, made up of notes of toast, orange oil, brioche, hazelnuts, yellow flowers and candied ginger
