CHAMPAGNE BRUT 'BLASON ROSÉ' PERRIER JOUET DESCRIPTION

The renowned Maison champenoise Perrier-Jouet introduces the Champagne Brut 'Blason Rosé', a bubbly fascinating in its floral references, designed as a gastronomic Champagne. This label was inspired by the prestige Blason de France line launched by Perrier-Jouet in 1955 and found in some of the world's finest restaurants. After all, Perrier-Jouet is one of the most important and established sparkling wine producers in the region, and has become a symbol of elegance and charm with its iconic bottles in terms of both content and packaging.

Perrier-Jouet's Champagne Brut 'Blason Rosé' is made from a blend of Pinot Noir (50%), Chardonnay (25%) and Pinot Meunier (25%), varieties vinified in stainless steel tanks with complete malolactic fermentation. Once the sparkling wine base has been created, through the addition of a small percentage of red wine, we proceed with the second fermentation in the bottle according to the famous Metodo Champenoise, called Metodo Classico in Italy. The degorgement is carried out at least after 36 months of ageing on the lees in glass and the wine is finally dosed Brut.

On visual inspection, the 'Blason Rosé' Champagne Brut Perrier-Jouet presents a delicate pink hue with bright, intense nuances. The aromatic bouquet evokes fruity and citrusy aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry, pomegranate and grapefruit zest, combined with seductive floral hints of violet and rose petals.Elegant, intense and well-structured the palate is lively freshness that is accompanied by pleasant tanginess in a finish reminiscent of red fruits and flowers. By virtue of its completeness, this Rosé Champagne can be boldly paired with savoury meat or fish tartare or grilled tuna or swordfish steaks.
