The Brut Grand Cru Pierre Boever is a Champagne Vintage produced only in the best years from equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Of great elegance and power, it stands out on the nose for light notes of acacia honey and citrus with a finely spiced finish of black pepper. On the palate, it is mineral, full-bodied, and has a long persistence.
