The Champagne Brut "Le Blanc de Blancs" from the renowned French winery Ayala is an extremely refined sparkling wine made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes harvested in the famous Côte des Blancs. The long aging of 6 years on its own lees ensures a label of excellent body and strong character. The color is golden yellow with brilliant reflections that accompany an extremely fine and persistent perlage, with notes of ripe white-fleshed fruit, orange blossoms, and acacia honey on the nose.
