"Eveil" Blanc de Blancs is a Champagne Brut Nature made only with Chardonnay grapes from old vines of Coteaux du Petit Morin and Coteuax du Sézannais. It remains in contact with the yeasts in the bottle for at least 3 years, revealing on the palate a creamy and dry body, with a floral and citrus tone and a beautiful iodine and saline trail.
