Champagne Brut Nature Grand Cru from the Georges Vesselle cellar is a fresh and tasty bubble perfect for accompanying special occasions. It is made from a blend of carefully selected Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and matured on its lees for 60 months. The straw yellow colour illuminates the glass with golden reflections while aromas of lemon and crisp pear are released. The sip is full, fresh, mineral and persistent

The Champagne Brut Nature Grand Cru from Maison Georges Vesselle is a vintage of remarkable finesse and elegance, which expresses with extreme purity the best characteristics of Bouzy, known for centuries as the true excellence of Champagne. In this terroir, Pinot Noir reigns supreme and produces grapes of extraordinary richness, so much so that the area is also famous for its red wines. It is precisely the full ripeness of the fruit, which guarantees a perfect balance, combined with a long aging process on the lees, that allows for a zero dosage. A Champagne clear reflection of the terroir dedicated to the great lovers of this legendary Grand Cru.

Brut Nature Grand Cru is one of the flagship Champagnes in the Georges Vesselle range. The Maison has been managing a estate near the village of Bouzy for several generations. The domaine covers a total area of 17 hectares, 90% of which is planted with Pinot Noir and the remaining 10% with Chardonnay. The cuvée faithfully reflects the composition of the estate vineyard. The grapes come from the best vineyards of the estate, which are about 15 years old. They are grown in calcareous-clay soils. The vinifications take place separately for each grape variety and single parcel. After soft pressing, fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The vins clair of the vintage are then blended, and the second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with aging on the lees for 60 months in caves dug into the gypsum at a depth of 16 meters.

The Champagne Brut Nature Grand Cru from Maison Georges Vesselle is the emblem of the territory, the label that best illustrates the unique personality of Bouzy. An excellent quality bottle dedicated to purists. Visually, it presents a beautiful light yellow color with brilliant golden reflections. The bouquet is intense, with aromas of ripe citrus, lime zest, white-fleshed fruit, peach, pear, notes of bread crust, and hints of toasted dried fruit. On the palate, it offers a long and deep sip, with harmonious aromas, very persistent, and a finish of vibrant mineral freshness.
