The Champagne Rosé by Veuve Clicquot is the pink expression of the classic Yellow Label: a rosé d’assemblage created for the first time in 1818 and famous all over the world. It has a traditional, fresh and harmonious profile, with charming scents of red berries and citrus fruits, enriched by mineral and spicy nuances. The "Ice Jacket" version celebrates the house's 250th anniversary with a beautiful and sustainable "jacket" that wraps the bottle and allows it to be kept cool.

The Champagne Brut Rosé “Yellow Label Ice Jacket” is a special edition of one of the most famous labels of Veuve Clicquot. It flaunts an unusual yellow coat, which serves as an elegant ice bucket. It keeps the bottle cool, maintaining it at the right serving temperature. It is a prestige cuvée resulting from a careful selection of grapes from the best vineyards of the domaine and crafted thanks to the centuries-old savoir-faire of one of the historic brands of Champagne, which has helped create the myth of this extraordinary terroir. The seductive and refined sip makes it one of the most interesting versions of the type.

The “Yellow Label Ice Jacket” is a Champagne Brut Rosé that originates from one of the oldest Maisons. Veuve Clicquot was founded in 1772 and still today represents the excellence and allure of the great Champagnes of Reims. The Rosé is a blend from a rigorous selection of 50-60 parcels among the most vocated, a good part of which are classified as Grand Cru and Premier Cru.

The cuvée is composed of 44-48% Pinot Noir, 13-18% Meunier, and 25-29% Chardonnay. At the end of the harvests, the vinifications take place separately by variety and single vineyard, so as to have a wide range of base wines available. After a few months of aging, the creation of the final blend proceeds. To the vins clairs of the vintage is added a percentage that varies from 30 to 45% of reserve wines from previous vintages, which help to give the right harmony and expressive maturity to the wine and 12% of Pinot Noir vinified in red, which enhances the fruity character, structure, and aromatic richness. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Méthode Champenoise, with a sur lattes resting in the ancient caves of the Maison carved into the chalk for at least 36 months. The Brut Rosé “Yellow Label Ice Jacket” from the famous Maison of Reims Veuve Clicquot is a Champagne characterized by a good structure and great expressive elegance. It is a bottle with a gastronomic vocation, ideal to serve at the table with a slice of salmon or with a
