Dom Perignon is a great champagne, synonymous with prestige, luxury, and elegance. It is born from a refinement of at least 72 months on the lees in the bottle and expresses itself in a rich bouquet of candied fruits, fresh fruit, toasted notes, and spices. The tasting is energetic and very intense, velvety and creamy, of great class.

The Champagne Brut Dom Perignon is probably the most famous sparkling wine in the world, a prestigious label that has become an international benchmark, synonymous with luxury and French excellence. Its name evokes the mythical and legendary Benedictine monk of the 1600s to whom tradition attributes the invention of Champagne and is still produced in the historic Benedictine abbey of Hautvillers.

The modern history of Dom Perignon "Vintage" Champagne began in 1936, when Robert-Jean de Vogue, president of the Moet & Chandon maison, decided to create a bottle that had no equal, selecting the best reserves from the 1921 vintage. Since then, Dom Perignon has always been a Vintage Champagne produced only in the best years. The production today is overseen and directed, from harvest to marketing, by chef de cave Richard Geoffroy, considered one of the best masters in the art of blending. The grapes for production come from the Grand Cru owned by the Maison, to which a part of Pinot Noir grown in the vineyards of the abbey of Hautvillers, classified as Premier Cru. The vinifications take place in steel, with complete malolactic fermentation, and the aging on the lees in the bottle lasts for over 6 years. All this to create a sparkling wine with body, complexity, structure, and above all class, with a aging potential of over 30 years. Each bottle represents a unique and prestigious piece and no vintage is the same as another, always confirming itself as one of the most significant and emblematic oenological expressions in the world.

From the olfactory approach, the Champagne Vintage Brut Dom Perignon is intense, rich, and complex, with a typical minerality in the foreground accompanied by a symphony of candied fruit, citrus, honey, toasted spices, and much more. Gradually, the notes from the Chardonnay grapes also reveal themselves, pleasantly buttery, warm, and enveloping. On the palate, it reveals an impeccable balance, played between the creamy finesse of the bubbles, the roundness,
