Ruinart's Champagne Blanc de Blancs "Second Skin" is a deep and complex cuvée, thanks to a very long aging on the lees for about 10 years. The bouquet is very rich and wide, ranging from almond to coffee, with hints of toasted, spicy and citrine, wrapped in a mineral matrix. The mouthfeel is creamy, soft, broad and velvety, accompanied by a silky and persistent perlage
