The Champagne Extra Brut BdN "Bistrotage B.17" by Charles Dufour is an expressive and powerful Blanc de Noirs, an iconic cuvée celebrating the transition to artisanal management by the producer. After 24 months in wood and about 60 months in bottle on the lees, we find ourselves in front of a sparkling wine of great intensity. On the nose, the typical notes of cooked apple are combined with intriguing hints of figs, then almonds and hints of sugar cooked on the finish. The strength of the bubbles at the entrance to the mouth is surprising, then a pleasant creaminess entices the sip, fresh and savory on the finish. You can relish it alongside a mixed dish of fish, crustaceans and molluscs

Colour:
Golden yellow with fine and rich pérlage
Scent:
Baked apples, figs, toasted almonds and caramel on the finish
Taste:
Pleasant creaminess, the bubble fills the palate, great freshness and flavor dominate the finish
