Champagne Extra Brut Grand Cru "Eloquence" by Jean Louis Vergnon is a Blanc de blancs that surprises from the very first approach for its cleanliness, rigor and sincerity. Low sugar dosage, aging of 3 years on the lees in bottle and addition of 20% reserve wines, give rise to a captivating bouquet of citrus fruits aromas and fragrant notes, which give credit to Chardonnay. The mouthfeel is gentle and dry, with a sharp acid lash and a long saline finish typical of the Mesnil-Sur-Oger chalky soils
