This Champagne Extra Brut Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs by Sebastien Daviaux is the vintage sparkling wine of this house from the ‘Costa dei Bianchi’, among the most suitable areas for Chardonnay. The ‘maison’ Daviaux works its land responsibly and uses estate-grown grapes to produce its wines. On the palate, it is tense and vibrant, with aromas of citrus and green apple enhancing the sensations of freshness. Hints of pastry and wet stone on the finish, along with the creaminess of the sip, provide great complexity.
