The Champagne 'Nectar Impérial Rosé' by Moët & Chandon is an intense and fruity cuvée designed to enliven the liveliest evenings. It is made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay, enriched with selected reserve wines for intensity, finesse, and consistency, with a dosage of 45 grams per liter of sugar. On the nose, it offers notes of ripe red fruit such as strawberry, raspberry, and pomegranate, accompanied by sweet spices and a touch of fresh mint. On the palate, it stands out for the balance between softness and freshness, with a creamy texture and a persistent citrus finish. Perfect with a tartare of red shrimp from Mazzara.
