The Champagne "Les Crayères" is full, rich and very mineral: a non-dosed Champagne from the grand cru of Montagne de Reims, vinified in barrique and aged on the lees in bottle for 44 months. The citrus and juicy aromatic notes are inscribed in a great structure and complexity.
