The olfactory profile, focused on red fruits and citrus fruits, anticipates a very balance and drinkable sip, with perfect freshness and toasty echoes in the end
The Vintage Brut Rosé represents the history of Champagne from Veuve Clicquot as it was the first pink version of the illustrious maison of Montagne de Reims. It is a legendary Champagne made in the best vintages, approximately three times every ten years, thanks to the extraordinary work of the chef de cave. It is a unique label, a masterpiece appreciated worldwide and recognized as one of the most prestigious expressions of the cellar.
It is made from the three main grape varieties of the region: Pinot Noir, in greater quantity, Chardonnay, and a very small percentage of Pinot Meunier. To this, red wine made from Pinot Noir, vinified and sourced from the Grand Cru village of Bouzy, is added. After blending, the Vintage Rosé rests for about 6 years on the lees, before being dosed to 8 grams/liter. Thus, a Brut with a classic sugar dosage, not too sweet and not too dry, pleasantly balanced.
almost coppery and releases very fine and compact bubbles that enhance its luminous intensity. The olfactory profile is characterized by aromas of berries, citrus peels, and light mineral nuances. The tasting is irresistible, balancing well between freshness and softness, remaining surprisingly drinkable and flavorful, despite the long aging. Perfect to drink now, but it can still say a lot in the future.
