The Chardonnay by Inama is a white wine with a volcanic soul and pleasant freshness, vinified in steel. It is ideal as an aperitif for its fresh and spontaneous sip, mineral and lively, with an aromatic profile of pear, apple, citrus, and a precious mineral note.

This wine highlights a pleasant fruity and mineral aromatic profile capable of combining the attributes of this famous international grape variety with the peculiar characteristics of the typical volcanic soil of the Soave Classico area. The label features an optical study taken from the Diderot Encyclopedia, a universal compendium of knowledge published in the 18th century by a large group of intellectuals, directed by Denis Diderot, which laid the foundations for the modern encyclopedia.

Inama Chardonnay is made from only grapes of the eponymous white variety, grown between 50 and 150 meters above sea level on basaltic, volcanic, and calcareous soils of marine origin. In the winery, the grapes are destemmed, placed in pre-fermentation maceration, and gently pressed. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks: it is then followed by aging on the fine lees to complete the wine with greater structure and aromatic intensity.

white flowers and citrus that meet vivid mineral notes. A delicate and balanced sip, with an enticing freshness that leads to a smooth mineral finish. A bottle that pairs excellently with appetizers and seafood first courses or with slightly aged cheeses.
