The white Chardonnay from Pojer e Sandri comes from vineyards cultivated in different parcels of the Faedo estate, located at an altitude between 300 and 750 meters above sea level. The vineyards are managed according to the ancient method of Trentino pergola and are situated on rocky soils, with components of sandstone and limestone marls. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, and the wine always matures in steel for a few months before being bottled. In the glass, it has an intense yellow color. On the nose, it expresses floral nuances, aromas of citrus, white-fleshed fruit, and soft hints of tropical fruit. The sip is intense and elegant, with juicy fruit and a pleasantly refreshing finish.
