The Chianti 'Ati' from Podere Ortica is made with the traditional blend of Sangiovese, Colorino, and Canaiolo. The label features a drawing of a hen caring for a chick, a symbol that reflects the meaning of the word 'Ati', mother in Etruscan.  On the nose, hints of red fruit, with interesting notes of fresh grass and earthy undertones. The palate is smooth, fresh, slightly savory with a long finish and fine tannins. Perfect paired with both a legume soup and a grilled steak
