Valiano's Chianti Classico 'Casarossa' is a historic brand of the winery, a fragrant Sangiovese that is immediate but full-bodied. The nose reveals typical hints of red fruit that open up to vegetal tones, with Mediterranean scrub and even hints of blond tobacco. On the palate, it is very fresh but full-bodied, with tannins that give substance to the sip. Excellent with pasta dishes with meat sauces or roasted white meat
