The Chianti Classico "Duelame" is a Tuscan red wine aged 6 months in steel and subsequently passed through large oak barrels. On the nose, it offers floral notes of violets, cherries, and mineral hints. Immediate, decisive palate, with excellent freshness and savoriness, finishing with fruity and balsamic notes.

"Duelame" Chianti Classico Lamole di Lamole is a red wine iconic and very representative of the type. A red that seems to be the protagonist of a medieval fairy tale. The winery that produces it is indeed located on the ruins of a castle dating back to the mid-1300s in a small village in the Chianti Classico area called Lamole. The name of this village derives precisely from the blades of land that characterize the soil and that give a substantial mineral heritage to the vine. The progressive conversion to organic in the vineyard and the innovative techniques used in the winery help to achieve the perfect result of the product, which is thus expressive and territorial.

The Chianti Classico “Duelame” is indeed a clean and confident interpretation of the terroir of this area. The grapes, predominantly Sangiovese, are macerated for about 10 days, resulting in a lively ruby color and a pronounced note of red berries. After 6 months in steel, the vinification then continues in large oak barrels before bottling.

Excellent as a first approach to Chianti Classico, the Duelame Lamole di Lamole is an excellent companion at the table, with a high vocation and gastronomic versatility. We recommend trying it with typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition such as a good sandwich served with lampredotto. We also recommend savoring it after letting it breathe for about twenty minutes so that it can best release all its aromas. The typical aromas of violet and cherry are perceived both on the nose and on the palate and combine with a balanced savoriness in a tasting that is harmonious and expressive.
