The Sadie Family's Cinsaut 'Pofadder' is a great red made from a grape variety that, in the history of South Africa, has always been used as a reinforcement in blends or to make simple wines. Eben Sadie's creativity, however, is taking it to new heights. Crisp strawberry, gentle spice and breath of undergrowth emerge on the nose. The juicy yet energetic palate reveals tight tannins, distinct freshness and plenty of flavour on the finish. Emblem of a style, perfect with spicy meat dishes
