Cirò Bianco from the historic Scala winery is a Calabrian white wine made exclusively from Greco Bianco, Calabria’s most iconic white grape variety. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to bring out the wine’s rich fragrance and varietal characteristics, with notes of white flowers, citrus and Mediterranean scrub that hint at the wine’s coastal origins. On the palate, it is briny, fresh and well-balanced, with a delicate finish. Try it with spaghetti with clams
