The Cirò Bianco ‘Mare Chiaro’ by Ippolito 1845 is a tribute to the Ionian Sea, which bathes the vineyards of Greco Bianco that give life to this wine. The grapes are harvested in two distinct phases: part early and part late, to enhance both freshness and structure. On the nose, tropical fruit then pear and white peach emerge, with white flowers on the finish. The sip is fresh and Mediterranean, with a characteristic marine note at the end that recalls the brackish breeze. Perfect with sushi or linguine with sea urchins
