'Concrete' is a rosé wine of great purity and depth that is made by De Fermo, a winery in Loreto Aprutino, Abruzzo. The name 'Concrete' comes from the vinification process that takes place in cement with brief contact with the skins. Pale pink in colour, it presents a profile of great purity, cleanliness and depth, with a pleasant nuance of strawberry, herbs and red flowers
