CREDIT CARD
Credit card payments have no additional fees and are completely secure, as card details are processed directly on the bank’s website, even if you choose to save your card for future purchases. You can pay with all Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
PAYPAL
When paying with PayPal, after confirming your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment. On PayPal, you can also pay with your credit card. This option is particularly suitable for American Express and Diners Club cardholders.
KLARNA
Klarna allows you to pay for your order in the way that best suits your needs. You can choose to pay immediately, pay later, or split the payment into multiple installments. All Klarna transactions are fully secure, and the available options will be presented at checkout, enabling you to select the solution that works best for you.
If your credit card payment was unsuccessful, to retry it simply log in to your account, go to the “My Orders” section, and select the order you are interested in. From there, you can retry the payment or change the payment method.
To complete the payment with PayPal, we recommend following these steps:
• Check that the payment details are correct in the app.
• Make sure your PayPal account is active and has sufficient funds or a valid payment method linked.
• Try restarting the app or clearing cache and temporary data.
• If possible, try making the payment from another device.
• If the problem persists after these checks, we are here to assist you.
Please note that it is necessary to request the invoice at the time of placing the order. If the invoice was not requested at that time, unfortunately it cannot be issued afterward.
If you entered incorrect billing information and the invoice has not yet been issued, we can ask our accounting department to issue a credit note and create a new invoice. If the invoice has already been issued, we cannot guarantee that the modification will be successful, but if you send us the correct information and your order number to info@callmewine.com, we will still make an attempt to assist you. Please note that errors in the address do not have any fiscal relevance. The only information that must be accurate is the VAT number and company name. If these are correct, it is not necessary to modify the invoice.
