CREDIT CARD Credit card payments have no additional fees and are completely secure, as card details are processed directly on the bank's website, even if you choose to save your card for future purchases. You can pay with all Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
PAYPAL When paying with PayPal, after confirming your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment. On PayPal, you can also pay with your credit card. This option is particularly suitable for American Express and Diners Club cardholders.
KLARNA Klarna allows you to pay for your order in the way that best suits your needs. You can choose to pay immediately, pay later, or split the payment into multiple installments. All Klarna transactions are fully secure, and the available options will be presented at checkout, enabling you to select the solution that works best for you.
BANK TRANSFER You can also pay by bank transfer. This option is available for orders shipped to Euro-zone countries (excluding Canada, Denmark, Korea, Singapore, Switzerland, the UK, and the USA). Please note that your order will be shipped upon receipt of the bank transfer.
If your credit card payment was unsuccessful, to retry it simply log in to your account, go to the “My Orders” section, and select the order you are interested in. From there, you can retry the payment or change the payment method.
To complete the payment with PayPal, we recommend following these steps:
• Check that the payment details are correct in the app.
• Make sure your PayPal account is active and has sufficient funds or a valid payment method linked.
• Try restarting the app or clearing cache and temporary data.
• If possible, try making the payment from another device.

No, our online store for international shipments is dedicated exclusively to private retail customers (B2C). Our system is structured to issue standard purchase receipts linked solely to individual consumers. Consequently, we are unable to issue business invoices addressed to companies, professionals, or VAT-registered entities for international orders, nor can we modify billing details after the purchase has been completed.
