Billing and Payments
All payments on Callmewine.com are completely secure. You can choose to pay in several ways:
CREDIT CARD Credit card payments have no additional fees and are completely secure, as card details are processed directly on the bank’s website, even if you choose to save your card for future purchases. You can pay with all Visa cards (including PostePay) and Mastercard.
APPLE PAY On Callmewine, you can pay with Apple Pay, a simple and fast way to pay using the cards saved in the Wallet app on your iPhone. Personal and payment data are protected and never shared with the seller.
GOOGLE PAY On Callmewine, you can pay with Google Pay, a simple and fast way to pay using the cards saved in your Google account. Personal and payment data are protected and never shared with the seller.
PAYPAL When paying with PayPal, after confirming your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website for payment. On PayPal, you can also pay with your credit card. This option is particularly suitable for American Express and Diners Club cardholders.
BANK TRANSFER If you pay via bank transfer, we will ship your order as soon as we receive payment. Bank transfer details:

CASH ON DELIVERY If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, please note that the courier will only accept cash, not checks. The additional cost for cash on delivery is €3, VAT included.
SATISPAY When paying with Satispay, after confirming your order, you will be redirected to the payment website.
If your credit card payment was unsuccessful, to retry it simply log in to your account, go to the “My Orders” section, and select the order you are interested in. From there, you can retry the payment or change the payment method.
To complete the payment with PayPal, we recommend following these steps: • Check that the payment details are correct in the app. • Make sure your PayPal account is active and has sufficient funds or a valid payment method linked. • Try restarting the app or clearing cache and temporary data. • If possible, try making the payment from another device. • If the problem persists after these checks, we are here to assist you.
We check the status of incoming bank transfers daily and release orders accordingly. Usually, it can take up to 5 business days to receive a bank transfer.
Please note that it is necessary to request the invoice at the time of placing the order. If the invoice was not requested at that time, unfortunately it cannot be issued afterward.
If you entered incorrect billing information and the invoice has not yet been issued, we can ask our accounting department to issue a credit note and create a new invoice. If the invoice has already been issued, we cannot guarantee that the modification will be successful, but if you send us the correct information and your order number to info@callmewine.com, we will still make an attempt to assist you. Please note that errors in the address do not have any fiscal relevance. The only information that must be accurate is the VAT number and company name. If these are correct, it is not necessary to modify the invoice.
